Schedule a private video call or phone conversation with Julie regarding your goals for health, your fitness journey, and the things you are looking for in a program. Julie spends 45 minutes with you to discuss health history, motivational factors, and answers any questions you may have regarding exercise program development.


Personalized Training Program

Julie will schedule a time to chat with you about your program development. Your program includes:

  • An 8-week, detailed, highly personalized exercise program according to your specific needs and goals

  • access to supportive video footage and questions answered by Julie

  • ongoing support from Julie

  • equipment recommendations and exercises you can do anywhere!
