Our journey to wellness does not need to be extreme, trendy, or painful. Through in-person and online methods, Julie seeks to empower people to see exercise as therapeutic and to begin a new type of movement from a place of love.
About Julie
Julie is an ACSM certified exercise physiologist with over 10 years of experience. She has her B.S. in Kinesiology and her Master’s degree in Nutrition and Aging. She is an educator, practitioner, and researcher in Santa Barbara, CA where she is able to pursue both her professional and educational goals. Julie enjoys combining her love of movement, health, and personal expression into her practice. With an expertise in biomechanics and functional training, Julie emphasizes proper form and technique. Her training style is therapeutic and inclusive— she approaches movement programs holistically. Julie’s goal is to provide education to her clients and help people simplify their wellness journey.
