Wellness Consult
Schedule a private meeting with Julie to review your goals, your lifestyle, habits, and health history. This is your time with Julie to discuss anything you’d like to explore at the start of your journey. Some movement or flexibility testing may also be performed. Julie will provide an in-depth movement analysis of your posture, form, and gait patterns.
These meetings can be performed virtually or in-person. Expect approximately about 1 hour for this appointment.
Personalized Programs
After your wellness consult, Julie will design an 8-week program for you to begin your journey toward reaching your goals.
