Schedule a free, no strings attached 15-minute phone call with Julie to discuss your wellness goals and how you would like her to help you reach them. This conversation will go over some general questions and give you an opportunity to get to know Julie on a more personal level.
Personal Training Assessments
Schedule a private meeting with Julie where your goals, your lifestyle, habits, and health history are reviewed. This is your time to discuss with Julie anything you feel you’d like to discuss at the start of your journey. Some preliminary measurements are taken if appropriate. Exercise testing may also be performed. Julie will provide an in-depth movement analysis to look at posture, form, and gait patterns. These meetings can be performed virtually or in-person. Expect about 1 hour for this appointment.
Personalized Training Visits— (local only)
Julie will schedule a time to meet with you at your home or at an approved site. Your program includes:
detailed, highly personalized exercise program according to your specific needs and goals
confidential, private personal training sessions to address your needs and goals
ongoing support from Julie
equipment recommendations and program progressions
